• How to install/start CS2D?
• Why does CS2D run slowy/why does it lag?
  There are two possible reasons for a slow game and lags:

  • 1 - Your PC is too slow
  • 2 - The internet connection or the server is too slow

  
  

  1 - In case your PC is too slow

  • Update your video card drivers
  • Install the latest DirectX version (Windows only)
  • Try Launcher.exe! Try windowed/fullscreen and DirectX/OpenGL! (Windows only)
  • Run Windows update
  • Close programs and processes you don't need (maybe also anti virus software and firewalls)
  • Change the settings to get more speed (disable the light engine and reduce particle details)
  • If nothing helps: Consider to upgrade your system (especially the video card!)

  
  

  2 - In case the connection/server is too slow

  • Try another server
  • Stop all downloads and programs that access the internet
  • Do not use WLAN, try a wired connection instead
  • If nothing helps: Consider to upgrade your internet connection
